John Wayne Airport Orange County<\/a> (SNA), is the closest airport to Laguna Beach, just 15 miles away. It is approximately 35 miles south of Los Angeles and is located between the cities of Costa Mesa, Irvine and Newport Beach, which makes it easily accessible. Major airlines serving John Wayne include United Airlines, American Airlines, US Airways, WestJet, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Alaska Airlines and Southwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange County covers a great deal of square mileage, stretching from its northeast tip of La Habra to its northwest tip at Seal Beach, and its southernmost tip at San Clemente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There are 53 sweeping golf courses (including our Laguna Beach hidden gem, the historic Ben Brown’s Golf Course<\/a>), high-end shopping malls (try South Coast Plaza or the gorgeous outdoor Fashion Island mall for starters), rambling water parks and more than 1,200 public parks, including the Laguna Wilderness Park in our own Laguna Beach Canyon, and the Orange County Great Park’s 1,300 acres (twice the size of New York’s Central Park).
